How Daniel tests a casino
- We record each casino’s licence and who issued it. The licence and the body that issued it — a provincial regulator, or an offshore body such as Curaçao or Kahnawake — checked against that body’s own record, not the badge in the footer.
- We check whether it is actually open, not just registered. Holding a registration and taking players are different things, and the register says which one an operator is doing.
- We read the terms, not the banner. Wagering multipliers, what they apply to, minimum deposits and withdrawal windows come from the operator’s published terms.
- Every fact carries the date we checked it. A verified fact with no date is a fact that was true at some unknown point in the past.
