Is Lucky Hills Casino legit? Licence, operator and Canadian registration
Yes, Lucky Hills Casino is a licensed casino: it holds Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/923/0383 (how we check licences) and is run by Complete Technologies N.V., the Curaçao company behind its sister site WinSpirit. It is not registered in Ontario or Alberta, so the AGCO, iGaming Ontario, the AGLC and Alberta iGaming Corporation do not supervise it, and their complaint routes and self-exclusion schemes don't cover it.
The site launched in 2025 on the Makeberry platform, which also runs WinSpirit and Charmius, so if you have played at either, the lobby, cashier and welcome structure will feel familiar. Independent casino-safety ratings put it in the middle of the market: casino.guru gives it a Safety Index of 6.7 out of 10, rated above average. If provincial protection matters to you, compare it with the registered casinos in our Ontario and Alberta guides before you deposit.
What players say about Lucky Hills Casino
Player ratings for Lucky Hills Casino are mostly positive, with a clear split between fast payouts on one side and account-closure complaints on the other.
Trustpilot has no Lucky Hills profile we can tie to the casino: its profiles are listed under theluckyhills.club, playluckyhills.xyz, luckyhills.us.com and luckyhills-casinoo.ca, none of which is the casino's own domain, so we don't treat any of their scores, including the 4.0/5 from 247 reviews, as a rating of this casino.
| Source | Rating | Based on |
|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot | Not used: profiles are for other domains | 247 reviews |
| AskGamblers player rating | 9.2 / 10 | 128 reviews |
| AskGamblers expert rating | 8.4 / 10 | Expert review |
| casino.guru Safety Index | 6.7 / 10 (above average) | 12 complaints: 6 resolved, 3 rejected, 3 open |
Ratings checked 7 October 2026.
What players praise: fast withdrawals (some report Interac payouts within 30–45 minutes), the welcome bonus and regular promotions, and responsive live chat.
What players complain about: difficulty closing accounts and self-exclusion requests not being acted on quickly, and some withdrawals and bonuses taking longer than promised.
Our take: the payout praise matches the casino's stated 24–48 hour window. If you may need to self-exclude, note that no provincial scheme covers this casino; use its own limits and self-exclusion tools from day one.

Two disputes are public, checked 9 October 2026. On AskGamblers, a player says C$2,981 is still owed; the casino replied that no funds are outstanding. On Slots Judge, a player reports a blocked account and a refused withdrawal after a large win. Neither case shows a resolution, so verify your account before you play with a large balance, and keep copies of your documents and chat logs.
Lucky Hills Casino bonus: welcome offer and wagering
New Canadian players get a two-part welcome package: a 100% match up to C$1,000 plus 100 free spins on the first deposit, then a 200% match on the second deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is C$30, wagering is 40x, and winnings from the welcome bonus are capped at C$3,000. You choose the bonus in the cashier when you deposit; no code is needed. 19+ (18+ in Alberta).
What 40x wagering costs on a $30 deposit
A C$30 first deposit with the 100% match gives you C$30 of bonus funds. If the 40x requirement applies to the bonus alone, you must stake C$1,200 before it becomes withdrawable; if it applies to deposit plus bonus, the figure is C$2,400. Check the terms for the base and for which games count, and play inside the bonus period.
Weekly promotions, cashback and VIP
After the welcome package, Lucky Hills runs a weekly cycle: up to 50 free spins on Wednesdays, up to 10% cashback every Thursday (5x wagering), and a Sunday bonus of up to 30%. Coins earned while you play can be swapped for rewards in the Lucky Store, and regular players move up the VIP Club for higher cashback and personal offers.
Lucky Hills Casino promo code and no deposit bonus
You don't need a Lucky Hills promo code: the welcome bonus is selected in the cashier when you make your first deposit, and the weekly offers are credited to your account. Lucky Hills doesn't run a no deposit bonus for Canadian players; the cheapest way in is the C$30 first deposit, which unlocks the 100% match and 100 free spins.
If you see a "Lucky Hills no deposit bonus code" or "free chips" code on another site, check it against the promotions page inside your account before you rely on it. For casinos that do give spins without a deposit, see our free spins guide.
Deposits and withdrawals at Lucky Hills Casino
Lucky Hills takes Canadian dollars and charges no deposit or withdrawal fees of its own. The C$30 minimum applies to both deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawal times and limits
Lucky Hills checks withdrawal requests within 24 hours and pays out within 24–48 hours of approval once your identity is verified. After that, crypto payouts arrive in 1–24 hours, while cards and bank transfers take 3–5 business days. Withdrawals aren't processed at weekends. The minimum withdrawal is C$30, and the maximum is C$2,500 a week and C$40,000 a month, so a large win is paid in instalments. There are no deposit or withdrawal fees.

Verification (KYC)
The payout clock only starts once verification is done, so the most useful thing you can do is upload your documents before you request your first withdrawal rather than after. Expect to prove your identity and address; the exact document list is on the casino's verification page. Verification usually takes up to 24 hours. Upload your ID and proof of address before your first withdrawal.
Games, software providers and RTP
Games are where Lucky Hills scores highest with us, at 8/10. The lobby lists 85 studios and about 7,200 titles, among the largest libraries on our register, with Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Playson and BGaming among the studios and popular progressive jackpot slots such as Mega Moolah.
Beyond slots, the site runs a live dealer section, a sportsbook, esports markets and crash-style games, so it is closer to a full betting site than a slots-only casino, with every product on the same balance.
Across the slots in its lobby, the average return to player is 95.72%, ranging from 94.00% to 97.34%. RTP is a long-run average, not a promise for one session, and some slots come in several RTP versions, so check the figure in each game's info panel.
Official Lucky Hills Casino site and login
The casino's main address is luckyhills.com. Our link opens luckyhills-game.com, the partner address the casino uses for its affiliate links; it is the same casino and the same account. Several look-alike domains rank in Google for "Lucky Hills casino", so check the address bar before you type your login or payment details, and use the link on this page or the one in the casino's own emails.
To log in, open the site, choose Log in, and enter the email and password you registered with. The same account works on desktop and in the web app. If you forget your password, use "Forgot password" on the login screen; if your account is locked, contact live chat, which is open 24/7.
How to sign up and claim the bonus
- Open Lucky Hills Casino through our link and choose Sign up.
- Create your account with your email address and a password, and choose CAD as your currency.
- Open the cashier, pick the welcome bonus (no code needed) and deposit at least C$30 by Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto.
- Upload your identity documents from your profile before your first withdrawal, so the 24-hour check isn't held up.
- Set deposit and loss limits in the Limits tab of your profile before you play.
Look-alike Lucky Hills sites to avoid
Searches for Lucky Hills return many sites that are not the casino. Trustpilot has profiles under theluckyhills.club, playluckyhills.xyz, luckyhills.us.com and luckyhills-casinoo.ca. Promo-code and withdrawal sites such as lucky-hills-promo-code.net and lucky-hill-withdrawal.com are not run by the casino, and pages titled as Lucky Hills reviews also appear on unrelated university and government websites. Only enter your login or card details on luckyhills.com or the address our link opens, luckyhills-game.com.
Lucky Hills Casino app and mobile
There is no Lucky Hills Casino app in the Apple App Store or Google Play, and searches for an APK will not find an official build.
What it offers instead is an installable web app: open the site in your phone's browser, use the install prompt, and it adds a home-screen icon on iOS and Android that runs the full casino, including the sportsbook and live tables. Mobile friendliness scores 7/10 in our rating.
If a site offers a Lucky Hills Casino app download, it is not the casino's own software.
Customer support and responsible gambling tools
Support runs 24/7 by live chat and by email at support@luckyhills.app. There is no telephone support. Customer service scores 7/10 in our rating.
The responsible-gambling tools are managed from your player profile rather than through support: deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, a session timer, reality checks, cooling-off and self-exclusion. A decrease in a limit applies at once; an increase only after 24 hours.
Because there is no Canadian provincial registration, none of these tools connect to a provincial self-exclusion scheme. If you have self-excluded through a provincial programme, that exclusion does not automatically apply here.
If gambling has stopped being fun, free and confidential help is available: in Ontario, ConnexOntario on 1-866-531-2600; in Alberta, the Addiction Helpline (Alberta Health Services) on 1-866-332-2322.
Support services for every province are listed in our responsible gambling section.

Banking is the weakest score because of the C$30 minimum withdrawal, the C$2,500 weekly cap and no weekend payouts. See how we score casinos.
Lucky Hills is a large, fully featured gambling site with a genuine Curaçao licence, a named operating company, fast stated payouts and support that is always on. It is also a site with no Canadian registration and a C$30 entry point that is three to six times higher than many rivals.
It suits a player who wants one account for slots, live tables and sports, who is comfortable playing under an offshore licence, and who is happy to deposit C$30 at a time. It does not suit a player who wants the protections that come with an Ontario or Alberta registration, or who likes to try a casino for C$5 first.

Is Lucky Hills Casino legit?
Yes, it holds a real licence: Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/923/0383, held by Complete Technologies N.V. It is not registered in Ontario, Alberta or any other province, so provincial player protections don't apply. casino.guru gives it a Safety Index of 6.7 out of 10, and our own score is 7.0/10, with security and fairness rated 7. Read the full licence check above or see how we verify casinos.
Is Lucky Hills Casino legal in Canada?
Lucky Hills Casino is not registered in any Canadian province. It has no AGCO registration, no iGaming Ontario agreement and no agreement with Alberta's AiGC. Whether an offshore-licensed casino is lawful for you to use depends on where you live; what we can say is that no provincial regulator stands behind it. Check your province's rules on our provinces page.
What is the minimum deposit at Lucky Hills Casino?
C$30 for both deposits and withdrawals. The C$30 first deposit also unlocks the welcome offer of 100% up to C$1,000 plus 100 free spins. Withdrawals are capped at C$2,500 a week and C$40,000 a month, so a large win is paid in instalments. That entry point is higher than the C$5 or C$10 many casinos set. Compare low-deposit offers in our C$1 deposit guide.
How long do Lucky Hills Casino withdrawals take?
24–48 hours after approval, once your identity is verified. Crypto payouts then arrive in 1–24 hours, while cards and bank transfers take 3–5 business days. Withdrawals aren't processed at weekends, so a Friday request can wait until Monday. Upload your documents before your first cashout. See how it compares in our fastest payout guide.
Does Lucky Hills Casino have a no deposit bonus?
No. Lucky Hills doesn't offer a no deposit bonus to Canadian players. The cheapest way to claim a bonus is the C$30 first deposit, which gets a 100% match up to C$1,000 and 100 free spins at 40x wagering. Treat any site advertising a Lucky Hills no deposit code with caution. For no deposit spins elsewhere, see our free spins guide.
Is there a Lucky Hills Casino app?
No, not in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Lucky Hills offers an installable web app instead: open the site in your phone's browser, use the install prompt, and it adds a home-screen icon on iOS and Android that runs the full casino. Any site offering a Lucky Hills Casino app download or APK is not the casino's own software. More in our app and mobile section.
Who owns Lucky Hills Casino?
Complete Technologies N.V., a company based in Willemstad, Curaçao, which also runs WinSpirit. The casino launched in 2025 on the Makeberry platform, which also runs Charmius, and holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/923/0383. It has no Canadian provincial registration. Read the licence and operator details in our legitimacy check.
How do I contact Lucky Hills Casino?
By live chat or by email at support@luckyhills.app, both available 24/7. There is no phone support. Account issues such as a locked login or a document request are handled through those two channels, and customer service scores 7/10 in our rating. Deposit and loss limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion are managed from your player profile. See how we score support on How we verify.
Is there a Lucky Hills promo code?
No code is needed. You choose the welcome bonus in the cashier when you make your first C$30 deposit, and weekly offers such as Wednesday free spins and Thursday cashback are credited to your account automatically. The welcome package is 100% up to C$1,000 plus 100 free spins, then 200% on the second deposit, at 40x. See the full bonus terms in this review.
How do I log in to Lucky Hills Casino?
Open the official site, choose Log in and enter the email and password you registered with. The same account works on desktop and in the web app. If you're locked out, use "Forgot password" or contact live chat, which is open 24/7. Check the web address first, as look-alike sites exist; the address is in our official site section.
What is the official Lucky Hills Casino site?
The casino's main address is luckyhills.com, and our link opens luckyhills-game.com, the partner address it uses for affiliate links, with the same account. Look-alike sites use the Lucky Hills name, so check the address before entering login or payment details. If an address looks different, ask live chat before you log in. See the look-alike sites we found in our official site section.
Can you win real money at Lucky Hills Casino?
Yes. Lucky Hills pays real-money winnings in Canadian dollars by Interac, cards and crypto once you verify your identity. Bonus winnings must meet 40x wagering first and are capped at C$3,000. The slot lobby averages 95.72% RTP, which is a long-run average rather than a promise for one session. Compare payout speeds in our fastest payout guide.
What is the minimum age to play at Lucky Hills Casino?
19 or over. The welcome offer's terms set 19+ as the minimum age for Canadian players, and the casino confirms your age when you verify your identity before your first withdrawal. Some provinces allow play at 18 on their own gambling sites, but Lucky Hills applies 19+ to its offer. Check your province's rules on our provinces page.
What are the withdrawal limits at Lucky Hills Casino?
C$2,500 a week and C$40,000 a month, with a C$30 minimum per withdrawal. Requests are checked within 24 hours and paid 24–48 hours after approval, and none are processed at weekends. A large win is therefore paid out in weekly instalments within those caps. Compare limits at other casinos in our fastest payout guide.
Is the Lucky Hills Trustpilot rating real?
Not as a rating of this casino. Its Trustpilot profiles are listed under other domains, including theluckyhills.club and playluckyhills.xyz, not the casino's own luckyhills.com, so their scores can't be tied to it. Players on AskGamblers rate it 9.2/10 from 128 reviews, and casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 6.7/10. Read the details in what players say.
The legal gambling age is set by each province and is 18 or 19 depending on where you live. Gambling is not a way to make money, and it is not a way out of debt.
If gambling stops being fun
Set a deposit limit before you play rather than after. Every site registered with a provincial regulator is required to offer one, along with time-outs and self-exclusion. Support services and limits lists the help available in each province.
