Luxury Casino Review for Canadian Players

How we checked Luxury Casino

We tested Luxury Casino from Canada on 30 October 2026. First we read both public sites line by line: luxury.casino, which serves the rest of Canada, and ontario.luxury.casino for Ontario, including the full terms, the bonus page, the banking FAQ and the responsible gambling page. We checked the licence against the casino's terms and the iGaming Ontario operator list. Then we opened a real account on the Canadian site and went through it ourselves: we counted the games in the lobby, opened the cashier to see which deposit methods a Canadian account actually gets, checked the loyalty status, account settings and limit tools, and tested live chat with a question about withdrawals. We did not deposit. Every screenshot below comes from those checks, with personal details hidden.

Luxury Casino at a glance

Luxury Casino is one of the Casino Rewards casinos, the group behind Captain Cooks, Zodiac and Golden Tiger. For Luxury Casino Canada players outside Ontario it is run by Fresh Horizons Ltd under Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence 00972. In Ontario it is a separate site, ontario.luxury.casino, run by Apollo Entertainment Ltd and regulated by the AGCO under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The public site promises over 1,000 games, but inside our account we counted about 1,590 in the Luxury Casino online lobby, mostly from Games Global and Pragmatic Play, with Pragmatic Play live tables and the Mega Moolah jackpot network. Deposits start at C$10 with eight methods in the cashier, and withdrawals start at C$50. Our overall score is 7.5 out of 10: security is its strongest area at 9, and banking its weakest at 6, because every cash-out waits 48 hours before it is even processed.

Who Luxury Casino suits

Luxury Casino suits a slot player who deposits regularly, likes jackpot slots and values a familiar, well-run brand over the biggest headline bonus. It is less suited to table and live casino players, because those games count only 2% towards bonus wagering, and to anyone who wants money back within a day or two. If fast cash-outs matter most, our fastest payout casinos guide lists quicker options.

Luxury Casino welcome bonus and wagering

Outside Ontario, Luxury Casino spreads its welcome offer across your first five deposits, worth up to C$1,000 in total: 1st deposit: 100% match up to C$150 2nd deposit: 50% match up to C$200 3rd deposit: 25% match up to C$300 4th deposit: 50% match up to C$200 5th deposit: 100% match up to C$150 To collect every dollar you would need to deposit C$150, C$400, C$1,200, C$400 and C$150, which is C$2,300 in total. The bonus is credited automatically after each deposit, and the first deposit has to be made within 7 days of opening the account. The bonus page headline only says up to C$150, so many players do not realise the full package runs to C$1,000. In Ontario the offer is simpler: a single 100% match up to C$150 on the first deposit, with 30x wagering. See the Ontario section below for the side-by-side comparison.

Wagering requirements explained

This is where Luxury Casino's welcome package loses most of its value. Section 12 of the terms says the first and second deposit bonuses must be played through 200 times before the bonus balance turns into cash. Bonuses from the third deposit onwards need 30 times. The terms give their own example: a C$100 bonus needs about C$20,000 of slot wagering. Here is what each part of the package asks of you on slots: 1st deposit bonus of C$150: C$30,000 of wagering 2nd deposit bonus of C$200: C$40,000 3rd deposit bonus of C$300: C$9,000 4th deposit bonus of C$200: C$6,000 5th deposit bonus of C$150: C$4,500 That is C$89,500 of wagering to clear the full C$1,000. The last three bonuses are reasonable; the first two are not, and most players will never clear them. Game weighting makes it harder still. Slots count 100%, but table, parlour and all live casino games count just 2%, so C$100 on blackjack moves you only C$2 closer. Clearing even the 30x on a C$150 bonus through table games would take C$225,000 of play. All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard do not count at all. Two more rules matter. Before your third deposit, each bet is taken from your cash and bonus balances in proportion, and if you withdraw at any point your bonus balance is reset to zero. So the honest advice is: take the first two bonuses only if you were going to play slots for a long time anyway, and treat the 30x bonuses on deposits three to five as the real value.

Bonus codes and no-deposit offers

Luxury Casino does not use bonus codes. Every welcome bonus is added automatically after a qualifying deposit. Searches for a Luxury Casino no deposit bonus or Luxury Casino 50 free spins are common, but we found neither offer on the Canadian or the Ontario site on 30 October 2026. Offers like that usually come from other casinos or old affiliate pages. Existing players get regular promotions and loyalty points through Casino Rewards instead, covered further down.

Is Luxury Casino legit and safe?

Is Luxury Casino legit? Yes, it is a legitimate, licensed casino. For players outside Ontario, the terms name the operator as Fresh Horizons Limited of Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence 00972. Kahnawake is a Canadian regulator based in Quebec, and our Kahnawake licence guide explains what that protection does and does not cover. In Ontario the site is run by Apollo Entertainment Ltd, a Maltese company, and it appears on the iGaming Ontario list of registered operators. That means Ontario players are covered by the AGCO's standards, which are stricter than any offshore licence. Some Canadian review sites still credit Luxury Casino with UK or Malta licences, or say it is not registered in Ontario; neither matches the casino's own terms or the iGaming Ontario list. On security, the casino uses 128-bit encryption and says its random number generators are independently reviewed, with results published on the site. Casino Rewards also promises a Highest Win Rate Guarantee, meaning it uses the highest RTP version of each game its studios offer. The real risks for players are not about safety; they are the bonus terms and the slow withdrawals described in this review.

What players say about Luxury Casino

Players rate Luxury Casino well overall. On Trustpilot it scores 4.2 out of 5 from 5,218 reviews, with 73% five-star and 12% one-star ratings, and the casino replies to 96% of negative reviews, usually within 48 hours. The positive reviews mention polite support, a large game library and loyalty rewards. The negative ones repeat three themes: slow withdrawals, especially over weekends, identity checks at the first cash-out, and high wagering on bonuses, which matches what we found in the terms.

Luxury Casino in Ontario vs the rest of Canada

Luxury Casino runs two separate sites, and which one you see depends on where you are. Ontario players use ontario.luxury.casino, run by Apollo Entertainment Ltd and regulated by the AGCO. Everyone else in Canada uses luxury.casino, run by Fresh Horizons Ltd under Kahnawake licence 00972. Accounts are separate, so you cannot sign in to one with the other's details. The biggest difference is the bonus. In Ontario you get one 100% match up to C$150 on the first deposit, for deposits between C$10 and C$150, with 30x wagering, and any bonus left unused 60 days after registration is forfeited. Outside Ontario you get the five-deposit package worth up to C$1,000, but with 200x wagering on the first two parts. Clearing a C$150 first-deposit bonus takes C$4,500 of slot wagering in Ontario and C$30,000 elsewhere, so the smaller Ontario offer is actually the better deal. Ontario players also get the Luxury Casino Ontario app on iPhone and iPad. Our Ontario online casinos guide covers the province's rules and other registered sites.

Luxury Casino deposits, withdrawals and limits

Inside our Canadian account the cashier offered eight deposit options: Interac e-Transfer by email, Interac, Interac Instant for all Canadian banks, Visa and Mastercard cards, MuchBetter, crypto (Bitcoin, Tether and Ethereum), Flexepin and Neosurf. That is more choice than the public banking FAQ lists. Interac Instant offers quick amounts of C$10, C$20 or C$50, or your own amount, and Interac deposits are processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions. Withdrawals are much narrower. The banking FAQ lists only three withdrawal methods for Canada: Visa (paid as a direct credit to a Visa card), CAD EFT or eCheck to a Canadian bank account, and Skrill. There are no Interac or Mastercard withdrawals, so if you deposit by Interac you will need one of those three to cash out. In the account, the Withdraw tab only shows its methods once you have a cash balance, so check this before you deposit with crypto or a voucher. The minimum withdrawal is C$50, and none of the Canada methods charges a fee. Players who win far more than they have deposited across all Casino Rewards casinos can withdraw up to C$4,000 a week, and the casino can raise or lower that limit. Dormant accounts can have their balances removed within up to 60 days; bonus funds are lost, and cash is returned on request after verification.

How to withdraw from Luxury Casino

The Luxury Casino withdrawal time depends on three stages that every request goes through. First it sits pending for 48 hours, and you can reverse it during that time. Then it is processed on the next business day. Only then does the method's own delivery time start: 1 to 3 working days for Skrill, 2 to 3 for CAD EFT and 3 for Visa. End to end, that is about four to eight days. A real example: request a Skrill withdrawal on a Monday morning and it stays pending until Wednesday morning, is processed on Thursday, and reaches you between Friday and the following Tuesday. A Visa withdrawal made the same Monday would arrive around the following Tuesday. Weekends and holidays push everything back. To withdraw, open the cashier, choose Withdrawal, pick Visa, CAD EFT or Skrill, enter the amount and confirm. Reversing a pending withdrawal puts the money back in your balance, which is the casino's way of tempting you to keep playing, so leave it alone if you want the cash.

Account verification at Luxury Casino

Expect identity checks before your first withdrawal. The banking FAQ says that players who have not been paid by a method before go through extra verification, which can take up to 5 to 7 working days. Have a photo ID, a recent proof of address and proof of your payment method ready, and send them as soon as you sign up rather than when you first cash out. That single step removes the most common delay players complain about.

Luxury Casino games, jackpots and live casino

Luxury Casino's public site says over 1,000 games, but the real lobby is bigger. Inside our Canadian account we counted 1,328 slots, 149 table games, 36 video pokers and 80 variety games, about 1,590 in total, plus seven progressive jackpot games including Mega Moolah, Atlantean Treasures Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance Mega Moolah and Mega Vault Millionaire. The lobby has tabs for slots, live casino, tables, video pokers, variety and jackpots, a search box, and slot filters for 1-20 lines, 25+ lines, 3-reel, 5-reel and Pragmatic Play. Many games carry New, Exclusive or Early Access labels. Its partner list names 14 studios: Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Alchemy Gaming, All41 Studios, Fortune Factory Studios, Gameburger Studios, Neon Valley Studios, Pear Fiction Studios, Pulse 8 Studios, Slingshot Studios, Stormcraft Studios, Switch Studios and Triple Edge Studios. Popular slots include Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Sugar Rush 1000, Big Bass Bonanza, Immortal Romance Vein of Gold and 12 Masks of Fire Drum Frenzy. The live casino tab opens a separate Pragmatic Play Live lobby, and the public site lists Crazy Time, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and Mega Roulette. Under the Highest Win Rate Guarantee, the casino says it always runs the highest RTP version of each game, although it does not publish an overall RTP figure.

Loyalty and promotions at Luxury Casino

Luxury Casino rewards loyal players through the Casino Rewards VIP programme, which every real-money player joins automatically. Our brand-new account opened at Bronze status, level 1 of 6, with 3 VIP points already credited and 5 status points needed to reach Silver. Each level adds benefits such as bigger bonuses, more promotions, priority support, birthday gifts and, at the top, a personal VIP host. Every 100 points is worth C$1 in casino chips, and VIP Lucky Jackpots are drawn three times a day for every level from Bronze to Diamond. Your status and points are shared across the Casino Rewards group, so a level earned here also counts at sister casinos such as Captain Cooks.

Luxury Casino mobile site, apps and login

Outside Ontario there is no Luxury Casino app in the Apple or Google stores, but there is something close. Inside the account, Settings has an Install Luxury button that adds the casino to your phone or computer as a web app with its own icon. Otherwise Luxury Casino mobile play runs in your phone's browser, and desktop players can still download the Windows casino software. In Ontario there is a real store app: Luxury Casino Ontario on the App Store, published by Apollo Entertainment Ltd for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later, rated 4.4 out of 5 from about 2,000 ratings. We found no Android app, although some review sites claim one. For the Luxury Casino login, open luxury.casino (or ontario.luxury.casino in Ontario) and tap Login at the top right; you are taken to the casino lobby to sign in. The Luxury Casino sign in uses the username the casino gives you at registration and your password. If you moved to or from Ontario, remember the two sites keep separate accounts.

How to sign up at Luxury Casino

Signing up takes a few minutes. You must be 19, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Choose the site for your province, tap Sign Up, enter your name, email, date of birth and address, pick a password and confirm your email. Make your first deposit within 7 days if you want the welcome bonus, and upload your ID straight away so your first withdrawal is not held up.

Luxury Casino support and responsible gambling

Support is open 24 hours a day by live chat and email at support@crhelpdesk.com, and emails are answered within 48 hours. We tested the live chat from our account on 30 October 2026 at 11:20 am Eastern time with a simple question: how long a withdrawal takes, whether the 48-hour pending period can be skipped, and which documents verification needs. The first agent replied within seconds but transferred us. The second agent joined a minute later, asked us to wait while he loaded the account, and then closed the chat three minutes after that, saying he had not heard from us, without answering. That matches Trustpilot complaints about being passed between agents. Our advice is to stay in the chat and reply to every message, or use email for anything that needs a written answer. For responsible gambling, there are no deposit limit settings inside the account. You set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits by contacting support; lowering a limit is immediate, but raising one takes 24 hours. You can take a cooling-off break of 24 hours to 6 weeks, or self-exclude for 6 months, which cannot be reversed. Outside Ontario you can also ask the Kahnawake Gaming Commission for a comprehensive self-exclusion. The site's own help links point to US organisations, so Canadian players should use ConnexOntario or their provincial helpline instead.

How we reviewed Luxury Casino

Oliver Taylor wrote and scored this review using PlayExpert's published method, which weighs security, bonuses, games, support, banking, localisation and mobile play. We use only the casino's own pages, regulator lists and the app stores for facts, record the source and date of each one, and update the review when terms change. Read how we verify and score casinos for the full method.

Our verdict on Luxury Casino

Luxury Casino earns 7.5 out of 10. It is a safe, properly licensed casino with a bigger game library than it advertises (about 1,590 titles in our account), Mega Moolah jackpots, eight ways to deposit and a loyalty scheme that works across the Casino Rewards group. Where it falls short is value, speed and support follow-through: the 200x wagering on the first two deposit bonuses makes most of the C$1,000 package unrealistic, every withdrawal waits 48 hours before processing even starts, and our live chat question was closed without an answer. Our advice: if you are in Ontario, the 30x first-deposit bonus is fair and worth taking. Elsewhere in Canada, think of the first two bonuses as extra spins rather than money you will withdraw, focus on the 30x bonuses from the third deposit, check the Withdraw tab once you have a balance, and verify your account early.

Luxury Casino compared with similar casinos

Captain Cooks is Luxury Casino's closest sister: same group, same Kahnawake licence 00972, the same 200x then 30x wagering, but a cheaper start with C$5 for 100 Mega Money Wheel spins and Ontario apps on both iOS and Android. Players rate it slightly higher too, at 4.4 out of 5 from 5,490 Trustpilot reviews against Luxury Casino's 4.2. Because the two share the Casino Rewards programme, your VIP status follows you if you play at both, so many Canadians use Captain Cooks for the C$5 start and Luxury Casino for its later 30x bonuses. WinSpirit is the opposite type of casino. Its welcome offer is bigger, up to C$2,000 over two deposits plus 100 free spins, and its 40x wagering is far easier to clear than 200x. It also pays out by Interac, which Luxury Casino does not. The trade-offs are a Curacao licence rather than a Canadian one, and a C$2,500 weekly withdrawal cap. In short: choose Luxury Casino for a Canadian-licensed brand, jackpots and shared loyalty rewards; WinSpirit if bonus value and Interac cash-outs matter most; and Captain Cooks for the cheapest way to try a Casino Rewards site. Each has its own full review on PlayExpert, linked in the table below.
